Kalamoun, in nothern Lebanon, is known for its orange groves that produce the finest orange flower water in the country. This white coffee is actually an infusion flavored with orange flower water that promotes digestion after a big meal.
Ingredients
Ingredients for each cup
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp. orange flower water
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
- Citrus zest (optional)
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a rakweh and set over medium heat;
- boil for 2 minutes; strain;
- serve at the end of a meal as you would Lebanese coffee.
