A simple but delicious recipe.
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 200 g (7 oz.) plain tuna
- 50 g (3 tbsp.) butter
- 8 eggs
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper
Method
- Crush the tuna with a fork. Combine with the chopped chives.
- Beat the eggs with a fork. Mix in the tuna-chive mixture.
- Heat the butter in a skillet. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Cook the omelet. Roll it up and serve very moist.
