Toast Flowers Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 10 pieces
- 3 large chilis (about 60 / 2 oz.)
- 3 mini corn (25 g / 1 oz.)
- 10 slices of white bread (150 g / 5 oz.)
- 10 slices of cheese (200 g / 7 oz.)
- 50 g (2 oz.) mayonnaise
- 2 g (1/2 tsp.) curry powder
- 10 cucumber slices (about 35 g / 1 oz.)
Method
  1. Cut off the stem ends of the chilis, seed them, hollow them out and place a mini corn inside. Slice into rounds.
  2. Cut the bread and cheese into flower shapes. Combine the mayonnaise and curry powder and spread on the bread flowers.
  3. Layer as follows: bread, cheese, cucumber slice and stuffed chili.
