Toad in the Hole Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 450 g (1 lb.) pork sausages (Uncooked sausage)
- 1 recipe [Yorkshire pudding]
Method
  1. Place the sausages into a baking dish and cook in a 200° C (400° F) oven until they are cooked and browned and have rendered their fat, about 20 minutes.
  2. Pour off all but 3 tbsp. of the fat.
  3. Pour the Yorkshire pudding batter over the sausages and continue cooking for 20 minutes more, or until the batter is puffed and golden. Serve immediately.
