- 20-40 ml (2/3 to 1 1/3 oz.) Silver tequila
- 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
- Salt
Method
  1. Place the salt in a small dish; 
  2. pour the tequila into a shot glass; 
  3. dip your tongue into the salt; bite into a lime wedge; 
  4. knock back the tequila shot; 
  5. close your eyes, wrinkle your nose and enjoy!
