CHEF'S NOTES
This spice mix is named after the traditional terra cotta oven : the Tandoor.
Very colorful, this mix combined about ten different spices to perfume and spice your dishes and give a lovely coppery color to your food.
Each family had their own spice mix which would give his preparations a particular flavor. Some add salt, chili peppers, oregano, mustard, laurel...
