Sugar Shack Maple Pancakes Recipe

- 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) Maple Syrup
- 125 - 200 ml (1/2 to 3/4 cup) flour
- A pinch of salt
Method
  1. Melt the butter in the hot maple syrup;
  2. off the heat, mix in the flour and salt; 
  3. oil a skillet and drop the batter in by spoonfuls; 
  4. cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning the pancakes half-way through. 

Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
