- 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) Maple Syrup
- 125 - 200 ml (1/2 to 3/4 cup) flour
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Melt the butter in the hot maple syrup;
- off the heat, mix in the flour and salt;
- oil a skillet and drop the batter in by spoonfuls;
- cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning the pancakes half-way through.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
