Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 250 g (9 oz.) fresh strawberries, 100 g finely diced and 150 g in coulis
- a few drops of Get 27 (mint liquor)
- a small bunch of fresh mint leaves
- strawberry sorbet
Coulis
- 150 g (5 oz.) strawberries
- 20 g (4 tsp.) sugar
Method
- In a small vodka glass, place the finely diced strawberries combined with some chopped fresh mint leaf.
- Prepare a coulis with the strawberries, sugar and a dash of Get 27 or other mint liquor.
- Drizzle the coulis into the glass and add a small scoop of good strawberry sorbet just before serving. Serve immediately.
