Version 1
- Combine all the ingredients to form a thick elastic batter;
- place into a square plastic container and refrigerate for 2 hours;
- unmold the mixture; cut into large fries;
- fry as you would French fries; season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Version 2
- Combine all the ingredients to form a thick elastic batter;
- Cook for about 15 minutes;
- place the batter between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin; chill for about 2 hours;
