This is a Mediterranean cocktail with the zing of Menton lemons and the sweetness of Italian amaretto.

For this recipe, I've prepared my lemons with tropical flavors.

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients with ice;
2. strain into cocktail glasses; garnish with a slice of lemon and a lemon leaf, if you have one.
