- 450 g (1 lb.) Cassava (Yuca), sliced into 1 cm (1/2") thick rounds
- Peanut or canola oil for frying
- Salt, onion salt or garlic salt to taste
Method
  1. heat the oil;
  2. slice the rounds into thirds; fry until golden;
  3. drain and place on paper towels;
  4. sprinkle with salt, onion salt or garlic salt to taste.
