**For the salsa

METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients for the kebabs. Divide the mixture into 4 and form into sausage shapes around the 4 skewers.
- Grill or barbecue for 15 – 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile combine all the ingredients for the salsa. Season well.
- Heat the pitas and split lengthwise. Place a grilled kebab and some of the salsa in each one.
