- 220 g (8 oz.) uncooked pizza dough
- 4 tbsp. grated Pecorino Romano
- A generous handful of finely chopped Sage
- Oil for frying
- A pinch of salt
Method
- lightly knead the dough with the grated cheese and sage; form into small balls about the size of a walnut; flatten each ball into a small disk with the palm of your hand;
- fry in a little oil in a skillet;
- drain on paper towel; salt and serve hot.
