- 500 g (18 oz.) bread dough
- 250 g (9 oz.) butter
- 500 g (18 oz.) boulette cheese
- 13 eggs (for a 30 cm / 12'' dish) or 15 eggs (35 cm / 14'' dish)
- Salt and pepper
Method
  1. Line a pie plate with a very thin layer of bread dough;
  2. scatter the pieces of boulette cheese and butter over the dough;
  3. Beat the eggs, season with a little salt and a generous amount of pepper;
  4. pour into the crust;
  5. bake in a 220° C (450° F) oven for 20 minutes;
  6. serve immediately.
