Cucumber in Sour Cream and Dill Sauce Recipe

- 2 Cucumbers, peeled and seeded
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) sour cream
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. spirit vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh Dill
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
  1. Peel and halve the cucumbers lengthwise; remove the seeds by running a knife between the flesh and the seeds; sprinkle with salt and let drain for 15 minutes;
  2. rinse under cold water; place on paper towel, then cut into small dice;
  3. combine all the ingredients in a bowl; refrigerate for at least 2 hours; serve with dill sprigs.
