Molho Verde – Mild Green Tomato and Avocado Sauce
Place in a blender:
the flesh of 2 green tomatoes
the flesh of 1 avocado
1/4 onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
Molho Vermelho – Mild or Hot Tomato Sauce
Place in a blender:
the flesh of 2 ripe tomatoes
1/4 onion
1 seeded red pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 small hot chili pepper (optional)
