Grated Carrot Salad with Orange Recipe

Preparation time: 10 minutes, but allow 1 or 2 hours chilling time

Ingredients
For 4 servings

- 500 g (18 oz.) carrots
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. orange flower water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 oranges
- A drizzle of olive oil

Method
  1. Grate the carrots finely. Combine the salt, lemon juice, sugar, orange flower water and oil; pour the dressing over the carrots.
  2. Toss well. Arrange on plates and garnish with peeled orange slices.
  3. Serve cold.
