Fights fatigue and overwork
If you feel tired or worn out, this is the juice you need. Filled with anti-oxidants, it repairs tissue and fights free radicals. Besides, the boost of vitamin B is excellent for helping you manage stress first thing in the morning.

Ingredients
Per glass

- 1 orange sweet potato, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 large orange, peeled and cut into pieces
- 75 g (2 1/2 oz.) fresh spinach leaves
Method
  1. Place all the ingredients in a juice extractor.
  2. Mix well and drink immediately so as not to lose any of the stimulant properties of the drink.
