Arak: rediscover the flavor of Lebanon with this iced cocktail, made in a blender. 

1. Place the 2 ice creams in a blender.
2. Add a dash of arak and rose water. 
3. Whir in the mixer until creamy and foamy. 
4. Pour into a tall glass. 
5. Fill with crushed ice.
6. Garnish with pine nuts and raisins macerated in orange flower water.
7. Sip slowly.
