Description
This little round chili, green, red or orangish, is lantern-shaped and very ornamental. However, it's also one of the hottest of all Mexican chilis.
Use
- very aromatic with a unique flavor
- generally roasted, chopped and combined with finely minced onion, then flavored with a pinch of salt and the juice of a bitter orange
