METHOD
- Cut the strip loin into 5 mm slices; then cut into 2.5 cm by 5 mm strips;
- combine the two soya sauces, the shallot, garlic, ginger, pepper and sesame oil;
- toss the beef strips with this mixture and let marinate for 15 minutes;
- add the celery leaves
- brush the barbecue grill with the oil; when it is very hot, grill the beef for one minute on each side;
- repeat the procedure depending on the size of the grill and the number of guests.
