Langoustine (also: Dublin Bay prawn or Norway lobster)
a salt-water crustacean related to the lobster, resembling a crayfish. The shelled tail meat is called "scampi" in Britain.

Lardon
a small strip of pork fat or a cube of cooked bacon used as an ingredient or garnish.

Lebkuchen Spice Mix
It is a German mixture of wonderful aromatic spices, including: Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice and Nutmeg. It is traditionaly used for baking Gingerbread (Lebkuchen).

Lillet
Lillet is a French apéritif made from wine, brandy, fruit and aromatic herbs.
