In the district of Ginza is a warm, elegant restaurant in classic European style. Besides exquisite Italian and French wines, guests can savor the wonderful Italian cuisine of Annie Féolde and her chef Toshikasu-Tsuji: seared scallops with dried porcini, chickpea purée and fried sage with anchovies; broccoli tortelli sautéed with olive oil and garlic; and pigeon ragout with balsamic vinegar.
