Since January 2004, Alain Llorca has succeed Roger Vergé, one of the most famous chefs of the 20th century, at the mythical setting of Le Moulin de Mougins.
Alain Llorca brings to his kitchen all the high-spiritedness of youth. With his reputation already well-established at the Restaurant des Peintres in Haut de Cagnes and with a star in the Michelin guide, Llorca took over Le Chantecler in December 1996, replacing Dominique Le Stanc who had earned two Michelin stars for the restaurant. The next year, the stars stayed and they continued to glitter throughout Alain's tenure there.
