Pourcel's 4-Hand Concerto
The restaurant was not called "Le Jardin des Sens" just to be poetic. Its name reflects a whole working philosophy: the five senses in perfect harmony. This balance is not confined just to the plates and dining tables, but to the whole environment: hence the idea of a garden, an enclosed space that seeks to recreate a kind of lost paradise, which is nothing other than a tranquillity of mind and of the senses.
2009 - The Pourcel brothers unveil a new menu
The South of France has always been the inspiration for these twin chefs whose culinary universe takes in the Mediterranean perimeter. Working in tandem has allowed them to explore the world in search of culinary surprises, while still focusing on their southern roots. Making the most of natural affinities while making some daring pairings is at the heart of their cuisine. In this spirit they have rethought their Compagnie des Comptoirs menu, drawing parallels between the Mediterranean and Asia in a true spirit of freedom and celebration, bringing together exoticism and modernity, relaxation and high style, natural harmony and inventive elegance - expect the unexpected.
