Rabaey's inventive French cuisine is prepared with the finest local produce. Savour: «morilles farcies sur truffes, poireaux et asperges vertes», «rougets aux choux nouveaux, sabayon au poivron», «éventail à la rhubarbe, glace noix et miel».
