Yoshinori Shibuya is one of the highest stars in the firmament of Japanese gastronomy. The restaurant is the culmination of this renowned chef's pilgrimage through the finest kitchens in France. But it was in the legendary Alain Chapel in Mionnay that he found the master that every great chef needs in his formative years if he, too, is to become a master in turn. Following his motto "never be satisfied", Yoshinori Shibuya creates culinary delights in a class of their own from the best products Japan has to offer.
