Inspired by tobacco driers, architect Jean Nouvel has designed the hotel buildings and swimming pool. From this exceptional setting overlooking Bordeaux and the Garonne, you will enjoy the quiet of the vineyards and the park. The creative cuisine, «crépinette de pied de cochon et calamars relevés au pequillos, sucs de déglaçage acidulés au chorizo», «langoustines rôties et sushi de légumes croquants, crème glacée boquerone», is accompanied by the best wines, selected and commented by our sommelier. There are two further temptations: «Côté Cour» (fish theme) and «Le Café de l’Espérance» (rotisserie).
